What should I expect during my first visit?
Arrive a few minutes early to settle in. Wear whatever's comfortable — you'll be guided through the rest. If you have any injuries, sensitivities, or health conditions, just mention them when you book or on arrival.
Do you offer mobile or on-location services?
Yes — mobile visits are available in Anchorage, Eagle River, Palmer, and Wasilla for an additional fee based on location. Select the mobile option when booking, or reach out with questions.
What is your cancellation policy?
24-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, Card &Venmo.
Do you accept insurance?
Insurance is not accepted, but a receipt can be provided upon request for any HSA/FSA or personal reimbursement purposes.
